4.5 Hour Continuing Education (CE) Session at the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY)

Over a 4.5 hour period for their continuing education licensing requirements, Larry presented to a group of commercial and residential agents on February 28, 2019 at the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) on such topics as preparing and negotiating a letter of intent, minimizing short and long term risks for landlords when underwriting a long term lease (and how tenants can counter some of those initiatives), and a dozen other commercial leasing and sale provisions.
