Continuing Education (CE) sessions are open to all students and real estate professionals. Only LIVE New York licensed brokers will receive CE credit. In order to receive credit, accurately provide your current broker license number, along with the additional required personal information during the registration process. ON DEMAND attendees will not receive CE credit.

The NYS Department of State is temporarily allowing for the remote delivery of LIVE instruction via Zoom by the AGMB Training Center Ltd. Attendees seeking CE credit must use a device with a camera and a microphone (NOTE: No dial-in). We recommend signing in to Zoom 10-15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with interface controls, and to confirm that your camera and microphone are working correctly. In order to receive CE credit attendees must be visually present the full duration of the session — we will have live proctors monitoring attendee camera activity, and will track attendee attendance and engagement via Zoom’s backend reporting.

Larry Haber, the proctors and other attendees will be able to see you — please dress appropriately. Please keep your microphone muted during the session. If you have any questions of Larry during the session, utilize the chat function — the proctors will “push” your questions to Larry to respond during the session. If you have difficulty connecting at any point, please reach out via the chat function as well. AGMB Training Center Ltd., a New York Department of State (“DOS”) Continuing Education Provider will submit the attendance list to the DOS promptly after the conclusion of this session. Thereafter, attendees will be sent a certificate of completion to the email provided during the registration process.
