Recent and Upcoming Speaking Engagements
Larry lectured to a group of commercial investment sales agents and residential agents on March 19, 2019 at Douglas Elliman on preparing and negotiating letters of intent for leases and commercial property acquisitions.
Larry presented to a group of investment sales agents on March 5, 2019 at B6 Real Estate Advisors on preparing and negotiating letters of intent for leases and commercial property acquisitions.
Over a 4.5 hour period for their continuing education licensing requirements, Larry presented to a group of commercial and residential agents on February 28, 2019 at the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) on such topics as preparing and negotiating a letter of intent, minimizing short and long term risks for landlords when underwriting a long term lease (and how tenants can counter some of those initiatives), and a dozen other commercial leasing and sale provisions.
“1942” Themed Continuing Education Event for JLL Investment Sales and Leasing Brokers on February 11, 2019 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at 1430 Broadway. Larry lectured on Preparing and Negotiating Letters of Intent, Good Guy Guarantees, and Assignment and Subletting Clauses. Attendees received 1-Hour of FREE Continuing Education (CE) Credits courtesy of AGMB Training Center Ltd.
Larry met with the retail leasing and investment sales teams of Compass at their 10 East 53rd Street office to discuss the business and legal side of broker due diligence, along with preparing and negotiating letters of intent on January 22, 2019.

1942 Themed CE Event at 1430 Broadway on April 11, 2018. Attendees participated in an interactive 1-hour continuing education course on “Financial Factors to Consider When Entering Into a Commercial Lease.” The acquiring of knowledge was followed up by some eats and networking.
March Madness & St. Patty’s CE Credits Party at The Palm (250 W. 50th Street) on March 16, 2018. The day started off with a continental breakfast and some schmoozing, segueing into a 3-hour Free Continuing Education session on “Financial Factors to Consider When Entering Into a Commercial Lease” and “Lease Restructurings, Modifications and Workouts.” Once the training session concluded, lunch was served and attendees networked, watched NCAA March Madness and participated in a raffle.
Powered by AGMB, Leasing REality’s End of Summer Bash and “It’s Déjà Vu All Over Again” events were held at Capture Gallery in Chelsea on September 12, 2016 and October 13, 2016, respectively. Clients and guests enjoyed eats and drinks, raffles, great art and networked a bit as well. Proceeds from the event from a few sponsors benefited Ascent: a School for Individuals with Autism and Courage and Sacrifice: Helping Local Wounded Veterans.
For every 118 subscriptions sold in 2019, Leasing REality will donate $1,800 among the following 12 causes.
